100% of the booking deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 45 days before the arrival date.
If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the reservation will be refunded.
For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival date, no refund will be made, and this money will remain as a deposit for a future booking within 3 months and always subject to availability.
Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to our cancellation policy. In case of force majeure, before cancelling the booking, please contact us directly to try to find a mutually beneficial solution.
